1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and vb8bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at vb8bd.club, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and payment facilities made available through that domain.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by vb8bd within 24 hours under normal operating conditions, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. vb8bd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms (see Section 5). Requests to withdraw funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be processed until those conditions are satisfied.

4.4 Transaction Disputes

Disputes raised more than 30 days after the relevant transaction date may not be considered.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

7 Intellectual Property

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

Any verified, withdrawable balance held in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by vb8bd

vb8bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

Where an account is suspended or closed by vb8bd due to a breach of these Terms, vb8bd reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a material breach, vb8bd may forfeit that balance in whole or in part. In all other cases of vb8bd-initiated closure, any verifiable and withdrawable balance will be returned to the player.
